The technologies for both the Flowpack® plates and gaskets heat exchanger and the WeldPack® welded heat exchanger are own patent, designed and manufactured for extended, trouble-free operation. • WeldPack®, which is fully developed, manufactured and patented by Vitherm, is a process heat exchanger that is able to withstand extreme operating conditions, corrosive fluids, high pressure and high temperatures. Vitherm's WeldPack® can operate from full vacuum (FV) to 50 barg, depending on the model, and can operate from -40°C to 400°C.
• Vitherm Flowpack® plate heat exchangers consist of a pack of corrugated metal plates with various hole configurations that allow two fluids to pass between the plates and allow heat transfer to occur. Vitherm's Flowpack® can operate from full vacuum (FV) to 25 barg depending on the model and can operate from -20°C to 180°C.
